We offer great value accounting and compliance services to our clients. Much of this administrative work is the dread of many business owners and small companies and tends to be left at the last minute, or even worse. However, it is in fact a legal requirement for directors of UK companies to keep and maintain proper accounting records at all times.

We help many of our clients by taking much of the administrative (but legal) burden from them by undertaking this work ourselves. We then feed the financial performance of their business back to them on a regular basis so they always have a clear picture of how they are performing and can make much better informed business decisions.

We also provide a full audit service where we are able to compete with the largest firms of accountants by offering a higher level of service for more reasonable price. Although audits are no longer a requirement for small companies, many investors and other company stakeholders find an audit invaluable and vital to ensure that the company’s accounts show a true and view. An audit may also identify weaknesses in the company’s financial systems and is accompanied with a detailed “management letter” advising on and recommending improvements.
